Located on the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico, property features include a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. You’ll find all the essentials for a great workout at the fitness facility, and everyone will enjoy the seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Peruse the lobby gift shop, and select from complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. In addition, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it an excellent venue for personal and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0917 is a bright, charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll instantly feel right at home amid comfortable furnishings and cheerful decor. The fully appointed kitchen is perfect for a relaxing family dinner after a fun day at the beach. You’ll love the open-concept floor plan that seamlessly brings the kitchen, living and dining areas together with quick access to the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Gather on the cozy furniture in the living room with a large flat-screen TV or at the dining table with seating for four. Settle in for restful slumber on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the private master suite, complete with flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony access.



Water sports, outdoor activities, and an array of dining options are abundant near the centrally located Destin resort, all within a ten-minute drive!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
