Should the urge strike you, enjoy a workout in the fitness facility then grab a cool drink at the outdoor tiki bar. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, perfectly suitable for your large receptions and intimate gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1603 is a cheerfully refreshing one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. The cool color palette combines with elegant decor creating an invigorating and uplifting energy in this open-concept space. This condo is beautiful! Very pretty decorated and has everything you would need. Our only complaint (which is not the condo owner's fault) is the parking situation is terrible. There aren't enough spaces so you have to park in 'overflow parking' which is 3 blocks down in a sketchy dark lot and then cross Destin's busiest road on foot to get back. I wish they allowed one car per condo and all other cars go to overflow but it's first come first serve.

If it wasn’t for the view…

First of all, the staff at Sun Destin is very friendly. 1603, though, is in need of serious cleaning. Stains COVER the couch and chairs. We put a sheet over them before we sat on them. The small bathroom had not been cleaned and the light over the vanity was out. The front desk made an appointment for maintenance to come at 9:00 am to replace it. We waited until 9:30 and no show. It was our first day at the beach and so we didn’t wait any longer. The bed is up on blocks, not a bed frame, therefore it sags in the middle. The beach is more crowded than neighboring properties. The entire complex is full of young families who choose not to rent an umbrella and set up their own. We focused on the amazing view, but we would not choose this property again.

Cosmetically the property on the outside is poorly taking care of, rust on the faucets, rust in the shower, the patio had a table with one high table and one chair. The indoor pool are wasn’t clean very grimy looking. If they put in the effort as far as design and cleanliness in the lobby and check in area the resort would be nice. Not to mention the constant interruptions of the housekeeping busting into the room during the entire stay no knock no nothing just walking right in. Never stayed at a resort where they do replenish your towels either. Just overall wouldn’t recommend
