Note: Sundestin resort will go through a renovation project starting on September 3rd until May 30, 2025. Renovation on our stack has already been finished, but there will be construction on other areas of the resort. Our rates have been reduced to compensate for the inconvenience. Please feel free to send an inquiry if any questions regarding the impact during your vacation days.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 12th floor corner-condo has spectacular with both east and south views of the Gulf Coast and the beach from the balcony, master bedroom as well as the living/dining area

Recently renovated. Brand new AC system, new good quality mattresses (all of them), new curtains, new paint, new kitchen, some new furniture, new big screen smart TVs. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs.

You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Enjoy the spectacular views of the blue Emerald Coast waters for miles from the condo.

This unit offers a full kitchen and two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in each. For your convenience, this unit also offers a washer and dryer. Come relax in this lovely home away from home!

Beach Front With A Great View

I traveld to Destin with my daughter and our exchange student for Spring Break. Prior to our booking we were notified that the building was under construction and there would be some noise between the hours of 8am-5pm daily. Most of the building is process of being updated (i.e. carpet, paint). The outdoor pool was under construction, which we knew about in advance and the indoor pool, although small, was warm and available. The renovations did impact our floor one day and we had to use the stairs to get to the elevators but it wasn't a big deal. The room itself is well reonovated and fully stocked with almost everything you could need. We stayed four nights and enjoyed time on the beach and some of the local restuarants. The views from the 12th floor balcaony were wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening views, including dolphine watching! The owner was available and communicated promptly with information and answering questions. Once the renovations are complete, this location will be a great place for families to enjoy!

Wonderful condo with such an amazing view! We even saw dolphins swimming/playing from our balcony. Very clean and updated. Just a few steps to the beach. We loved staying here.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was absolutely fantastic! The views from the condo were pristine and breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the host was excellent, especially regarding the ongoing construction nearby. We were kept well-informed, and I can honestly say it was never an issue during our stay. While we didn’t swim, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable and well-appointed living area. The condo’s location was ideal, with numerous shops within walking distance, making our shopping excursions easy and enjoyable. Overall, this condo provided a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

Great View

Great place, very nice and clean. Could enjoy ocean view on one side and watch planes land on the other. Couldn’t hear Hwy traffic which was great. They were doing a remodel so a bit noise but didn’t take away from the stay. I would stay here again.

Great location and nice stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sundestin property. The view of the gulf from the main bedroom and living area is amazing. The condo itself was clean and updated . There is construction going on at the facility which you have to be aware of. But the owner had informed us about that. Also the kids enjoyed the beach toys and surf boards that were at the property. The host was also very responsive Would definitely recommend the stay.

Perfect for families

This was my first time staying at Pelican Resort, so I didn’t know what to expect. Everything was amazing this weekend! We really loved the Tiki Bar, the pools, and the easy access to the beach. The room itself was clean and quiet. My mom is already asking when we can come back!

There’s construction going on at this location and asked if we would move to another property. Communication was really great. We were disappointed. Fantastic Property for a Family

I have only stayed at a few vrbo's in the past but the experience the owner gives you is out of this world. The communication is fantastic, we originally booked a different condo but due to construction on the actual property beyond anyone's control, he gave us options to choose any of the properties he had available for a better experience. We selected the Pelican Beach one and we loved it. We were able to add a day at the end and add another day at the beginning as we got into town earlier than planned. This was due to their great communication and customer service. The unit was very clean, well stocked with basics, great layout and great views. Awesome place for a family of 4 or more. Beds were comfortable and even received a new couch during our stay which was a nice upgrade. Balcony had great views and very spacious. The property had plenty of things to offer to keep us busy. Also very close to great restaurants and fun things to do. If I am traveling back to Destin, I would highly recommend staying at one of the owners many Condos units.

Thanksgiving getaway

This condo was perfect for my family. It's conveniently located off the main strip. The beach view was beautiful. You easily walk to the pool and beach from the lobby. The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Check in/out was easy. We were even given a list of places open on Thanksgiving. The host checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Great experience!

Over all everything was really nice! It was a little aged but still nice! Only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t smoke on the balcony which I find rediculious Also would have been nice to have some beach towels provided

Check in process was super smooth with the forms being emailed ahead of time. The unit was stocked well with the essentials, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Host was accessible & responsive. Loved being able to text. Gorgeous coastline & oceanfront views.
