Disappointed Upset Never book through Southern Vacations

When we arrived the condo was dirty and there is a mildew mold smell in the condo. We contacted Southern Vacations and they didn’t care. Due to one family member dealing with an illness we had to leave. We had to book another condo and pay for the week. Southern Vacation will not give back our money. I will never book anything again through you. money.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view and condo was nice. No chairs in the room so you have to rent them ($200-$250 for the week) or bring your own. Private beach so can’t use your own chairs or umbrellas up front or at the water. They are very strict. It’s about 3-4 min walk to the beach. Can’t see the beach for the pool. Food at the pelican is good!

GREAT location, Beautiful views, Quick walks to Beach & Restaurants

This Condo was perfect for our young family of 4! Quick & easy private access to the beach, Beach drink & food services, multiple pools and hot tubs, work out facilities quick walk to gas station, shops, and some great restaurants. With multiple grocery stores nearby. The property is also very secure with LOTS of security to keep unwanted people out which was really nice! Everything in the condo wasn't perfect, but it was perfect for us! We will definitely be back for another stay hopefully sooner than later!
