Unit 401 is a 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo featuring a king bed in the master suite and a queen-sized bed in the guest suite. Bathrooms have been recently updated. Need more space to spread out? The living area also offers a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit! No need to pack dirty clothes.

Direct view of the water and just steps away from the beach, there are no busy roads to cross when you stay with us. All TVs have been upgraded Summer 2024 to ROKU SMART TVs with a plethora of TV viewing options via pre-downloaded apps or cable television. Each TV also features a guest mode allowing you to select your check out date. This allows every app on the TV to automatically log off your favorite streaming app on your check out date. The TVs in the bedroom are 32” and the TV in the living room is 55” and can be angled to watch from the kitchen all to the way to the balcony.

One of the highlights of Unit 401 is its location in the building. At the end of the hallway with only one party (neighboring) wall. That means there will be no noisy neighbors on the other side of the bedroom walls. Allowing you to get some quality sleep on your relaxing vacation.

You will delight in panoramic views from the private balcony- Destin's breathtaking water of the Gulf’s Emerald Coast. Witness the most spectacular sunsets while relaxing after a day at the Islander’s private beach. 401 is in perfect proximity to fine restaurants, shopping, and water activities for everyone- including paddle board, kayaking, boat and jet ski rentals right in your backyard. And don't forget the epic time that is Crab Island.

The Islander Resort boasts 2 swimming pools (1 heated in the winter) and 2 hot tubs in addition to Complimentary Beach Service for guests on the resort’s private beach during the months of March to October. No need to pack your chairs and umbrella- you’ll be treated to two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day of your stay- away from the crowds of the public beaches.

Additionally, The Islander Resort offers an indoor fitness center, 2 impressive lighted tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts and one ½ basketball court. You can enjoy 2 shuffleboard courts, an outdoor pavilion all while cooking the catch of the day on one of the 8 charcoal grills available on site. Towel and linen exchange are complimentary on Tuesdays and Thursdays and guests also have access to on-site coin laundry service for their convenience. But that won’t be necessary with the in-unit laundry.

You will enjoy access to all of the Islanders amenities- but most important, a fantastic crew on site to answer any and all of your questions. There are 2 elevators as well as a step-free beach access ramp to the white sand and beautiful blue waters. What more could you ask for?
