getting a little dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean and seemed pretty quiet. Tennis courts/fencing need some work. Property starting to show its age compared to newer properties on Holiday Isle. Front office staff were very courteous and helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was great. The condition of the room was questionable for gold status. The master bedroom mattress was in need of replacement. The couch was sagging in the middle. The beach setups could not have been any better! The setup men were personable and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will return but we will not book this particular room again.

The water was perfect, warm and clear out to at least 100 yards...Great times , great food (doughnut hole, and Dewey the docks off Calhoun ave)..1st time to para-sail with our grandkids..Whoa...FUN....
