Conveniently located, but there are better options

The front staff was very welcoming, informative, and polite. Our room, however, was not that great. The room needed updated. The curtains were ripped, furniture was stained and ripped, and chipped paint was throughout the room. I don’t know if was just noisy neighbors but we could hear the neighbors tv past 2am.

We liked the location and the ease of getting on to the main road. What we did not like two things: 1. The bathroom does not have ventilation fan, or called bath fan and it gets very humid and hot. Also, the mirror fogged up every time after showering. 2. Our mini fridge would not stop making weird noises like every 10 minutes. Hard time staying asleep. My best guess, it needed to be replaced but it did keep drinks cold.

The staff was excellent. The bed was terrible it hurt by back and felt like there was a hole in the center of the bed. Hotel was clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were checked-in by Jackie and Joanna and they both exhibited excellent customer service skills. We stayed in room 306. Upon entering the room, we noticed a soft spot in the floor. Several bathroom tiles were cracked and broken and moved beneath your feet when walked on. The bathroom needs a good cleaning and needs new caulk where the tub meets the floor. Please clean where the sink meets the countertop as well. TV is small compared to most other hotels. Other than that it was okay.

Liked breakfast. Floor on 3rd floor feels like you going to fall through it and the room doors dont close properly. Was a 1/2 gap to see into the hallway. Hot water was shut off in the bathroom sink because it leaked so badly. Room was only cleaned one time in four days.
