Hot tub was out of commission. Was very noisy outside and inside. Staff need to do a better job of taming the noisy guests. I dont mind people enjoying themselves, but once it hits 1030 or 11pm, it should be quiet so that people can get a good nights rest. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. I chose this hotel because it listed a hottub and indoor pool.

The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived and we were not informed. We had unloaded our things into the room when housekeeping came by to put sheets on the bed; we opted to put them on ourselves, but the sheets that were handed to us were stained. The mirrors behind the headboard were uncomfortable, and it was clear that at one point there were two but one was missing which... Honestly, if both were gone we wouldn't have missed them. The window seat was super nice, though the view was... A parking lot mostly, but the sunset was gorgeous so I can't complain. The shower was... Interesting, shooting water in some directions that weren't necessarily at me.

The staff went above and beyond helping us, from suggesting a place to eat to getting around the snow storm!
