Eastern Samar accommodation from NZ$33

This is probably the best value accommodation in Guiuan and surrounding area. It offers efficient, accommodating available early check-in, efficient FD staff, and excellent freshly made Filipino breakfast. This 4-story property, unfortunately, does not provide elevator service making it a less than ideal place for guests with mobility issue. This deficiency is offset by a superb bell hop and housekeeping service staff that's eager to extend assistsnce when one is needed.

Cozy place

Clean very spacious room, beautifully furnished, big bath, hot water available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is on an esplanade. The beach is across the road. I would have given this a 5 were it not for minor opportunities for improvement ie box of tissues, hand towel and face washer weren't provided. But the price I paid for the room, amenities, and surroundings, it was a bargain. Will come back.
