I have read many reviews on Manava and chose to come here for a holiday. It far exceeded my expectations. From a huge mess up on my part, booked 2027 instead of 2026, they went above and beyond to help me. Particularly the manager Maeva was exceptional in assisting me with all things (other mess ups like leaving stuff at previous hotel). I can’t say enough about the staff here including the front desk staff including Elsa and another manager (man) all were exceptional in customer service. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent as well. I went snorkelling early in the morning and saw two turtles, a shark and 2 rays. I used the paddle boards and infinity pool. I loved that this hotel was small. They really take care of you. Hope to be back. Thank you for helping me have a wonderful holiday in beautiful Moorea.
