4 / 5
Room
Very clean and practical. There were some nice additions and small amenities that made a difference in the comfort level. However, my room did not have a window which I did not like.
Staff
They were friendly and helpful even if most did not speak English properly.
Breakfast
Wide variety and pretty tasty.
Accessibility
Getting to the room takes some getting used to given the number of hallways. Also, not all the elevators were working with the guest card and it was confusing at times to know which elevator took you to which part of the hotel.
Environment
In the same building of the hotel, there is a casino at the front next to the lobby and a mall with a food court at the back. The food court is filled with mostly Chinese food options. Further at the back of the building, there is a well-stocked grocery. Parking was sufficient and the hotel is located on a busy main road with several food options nearby.
Early in the morning though, I was hearing very loud noises which I believe were related to the ongoing construction happening in the mall section of the building.
Overall
I was happy with the stay and would visit again although I would request a room with a window.
