Demasiado viejo las coladeras del baño estaban sueltas no avía toallas respectivas olor a viejo no estacionamiento y cánsele al siguiente día no e resicivido mi rembolso la señorita que me recibió la tarjeta de salida no preguntó dl porque muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo

I really love this hotel. They were nice. They were clean, friendly and very helpful especially the lobby person her name is Anahi and her other coworker too. I forgot her name, but yeah, they helped me for the whole duration of my vacation or stay there. I felt satisfied on their hospitality.-Clark de las Filipinas

I had a double room and hotel made me pay an additional $200 for my additional companion even though the room is a double, the A/C doesn’t work properly, the WiFi goes out every day, the tv connection goes out every 5 minutes, and got questioned multiple times at breakfast if I was a guest and what room was mine when nobody else got questioned, this wouldn’t happen at the holiday inn which is where I’ll be staying at next time and regret not staying their like usual.
