I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My friend left his wallet back at the hotel and they were very helpful in locating it and mailing it to his forwarding address. I must mention Renko in the staff who was instrumental in finding the wallet, thank you so much.
The hotel itself is great, very helpful staff, amazing onsen and nice facilities. Also very close to Asahidake for those who want to hike or ski in the winter.
