Wonderful place to stay. Pool overlooks the rice fields and you feel very secluded. Iyan on the front desk is great. He gives you his WhatsApp and you order food and drink through him. He was very welcoming when we arrived and always available to answer questions. Sanja was great with our son. Always smiling and happy.

Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean. The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast. The room itself was a good size, good AC and a large bathroom. It had a day bed outside where we could chill and simply look! There are two pools - one for those who come to eat/drink and one for residents. The property is set among beautiful and well maintained gardens with many flowers and trees attracting butterflies and birds. We had an issue with our safe and it was looked after immediately. The property is located very close to the gate to the park for the waterfalls. And close to restaurants and local shops/spas. There is an ATM close by. I leave my last words for the staff who are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and most helpful. A true asset to the hotel. We would absolutely return to this hotel and we hope to.

When we have just arrived we found bathroom towels in toilet bowl, literally in it!!!! Terrible smell from toilet. Very hard mattres to sleep. In overall that place is overpriced. Not worth it.
