We landed at 2 am and had booked airport pick up. The driver was already there waiting. As soon as we got into car we could see the hotel right in front of airport ! It was 2am I would have still booked but daytime I would just walk there.
Reception got in touch in advance to offer services and that communication was really good. We got traditional Kerala welcome! This was nice touch.
The check in was quick. The room was good size and we had restful sleep. We also had breakfast in morning before leaving. It was nice vibe in breakfast room with artist playing flute and tabla. The variety and quality of food was superb. We stayed in other hotels in Kerala for this 4 nights short visit but stay and food in Taj was the best. Highly recommended
