Hotels on the Lake in Lithuania

Very accommodating staff- we had upgrades, free drinks and checked in early. This is our second stay at the hotel and we love it! The view of the old town is amazing. We can walk to restaurants and cultural sites. We would definitely return in the future!

We were pleased to find this hotel after searching for somewhere ideally situated, close by to the old town and good value for money. This hotel fitted our needs, was clean, friendly and great value.

We stayed at this hotel for a week long visit. We were upgraded on arrival which was a very nice touch. Our room was palatial and had a great view. Great location, right next to Gates of Dawn and Old Town Vilnius. The breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. They ask you if you want breakfast when you check in but don't tell you the cost and it's hard to add breakfast later, if you change your mind. The restaurant is good as well; we went there for dinner one night. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The tub was not cleaned for a few days. The shower gel dispensers was not refilled during our stay so we barely had any on our last night. The hand soap dispenser was not refilled half way through our stay so we had to ask for assistance and received more shampoo and conditioner bottles before finally getting hand soap. The staff is not friendly but help when needed. Given the location and amenities, I would stay here again.
