The room was comfortable with great bedding, good temperature control, and thoughtful lighting. Room service was prompt and friendly. Extra touches: thorough turn-down service, excellent shower pressure, a solid in-room dining menu, and spotless lobby seating. Overall, a perfect blend of British elegance and Asian hospitality. Would I return? Absolutely.
