Rooms were not very soundproof, we had LOUD neighbors. Breakfast was very basic. Not enough seats to accommodate the guests. The air conditioner in the room was on point! We stayed during the heatwave and our room was very cool! I didn’t like that the ice machine was only on the first floor. We were on the second floor. Had to wait for someone to greet us at the front desk. Overall would stay again if just passing thru.

My stay at the Hampton was absolutely amazing! I can't rave enough about our stay. Perfect location makes commute in town quick and easily accessible. Pool was open late, and the onsite Beach Bar was perfect! Very family friendly overall. My family and I visit annually and plan on making all of our future visits, to stay at the Hampton! Thank you for such a memorable time!

The property was one block down from downtown Manistee and we were right on the water. The room was fairly comfortable. It was rustic, but very clean. The host were extremely accommodating and understanding after my husband spilled coffee on their bed. I offered to pay for the sheets or the padding that may have been ruined and they said absolutely no, and actually laughed at me but told me how much they appreciated me telling them. I would definitely go there again.
