Room was elegantly designed with really useful spaces. We had 4 massive checked bags (35 KG each) and the closet area accommodated them nicely (not unpacked). The staff were each exceptional and seemed to actually care about what you may want, anticipate your needs and offer help before you ask.
An exceptional experience, we hope to be back, our stay was too short!
