The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast options were just fair, the rooms were not air conditioned and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable compared to other 4 star hotels! Also the layout of our room was terrible. The toilet was in a separate room and you had to go up a step and through 2 doors.
