There you can relax on the native Malay houses, enjoy the playground and there is a mini zoo also. There are trees and shady areas to have picnic. The boat will cross back and forth to pick up the visitors every 30mins more or less so you don't need to worry on the ride back. There are fishes and turtles you can feed on the side of the lake for the kids to have fun.

This hotel is really interesting and quirky but its location in the middle of 10 car yards and rooms 110, 220, 310 upwards being on a major road into Ipoh makes it untenable unless you’re deaf. Honestly we found from dusk until 4am the noise from trucks, loud motorbikes and traffic to be unbearable and I am 60% deaf in one ear.
