Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask.
Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride back down the hill, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special.
To top it all off, the night sky was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing so many stars was an unforgettable experience. Combined with the outstanding hospitality, it made for a stay we’ll always cherish.
