A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality.

This place felt real special - the views were absolutely spectacular, the landscaping immaculate and the staff were most helpful. The choice of food available at breakfast was impressive and the restaurant at sunset was romantic. The stairs to and from the beach were a good form of exercise and the private beach was enjoyed by us each day (sometimes twice a day)! We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Pretty hotel. conveniently situated near the high way. Clean, cute and nice. Breakfast was fine. Pool was closed in the date I stayed. Staff was cooperative. I loved the style and decor.
