Great hotel! It’s dated a little but it’s still really nice. Amazing buffet, pool, beach and we could actually find chairs at the pool. Awesome service but beware…. No parking on property. You’ll have to find parking around the area

I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service. The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating. It's almost feels like a different section that does not belong to the hotel. Having said that the rest of the hotel is wonderfully accommodating in all levels. We ate at the hotel our entire stay and the food was magnificent. The only thing I will add is I wish the waiters at the dining room will serve water and drinks at the table instead of guest bringing it from the buffet, the glasses are small and half of it spills until you get to the table. All in all we had a great time I will definitely recommend it and be back for sure.
