I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service my family and I received during our recent stay. I was traveling with my mother and sister, and we were impressed by the genuine warmth and attentiveness of your team. In particular, I would like to highlight Marwane, Abdeladim Naim, and a young lady at reception who assisted me with a room change for my mother’s comfort. Their professionalism, kindness, and sincere care elevated our experience and reflected the highest standards of hospitality. Good location and very helpful staff

Our stay was so lovely, the staff were all so kind especially Miss Hamina who made sure we had everything we needed and was always very attentive of our needs. She was the sweetest. The breakfast was incredible. The only thing that we did not like was there some a used glove on the chair in the work desk in the room. It looked used and we didn’t know where it came from. Other than that, everything was great!
