I enjoyed my stay at Tropikist. It’s a beautiful facility with ocean front views and a pool and well maintained grounds. Breakfast was tasty. The staff are pleasant, friendly and all helpful. The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the main road if you don’t have a vehicle. There are some opportunities to improve, specifically the infrastructure- wifi is poor in the rooms and if there is a water shortage, then water dispensers should be placed on every floor. Overall I’d still visit again and recommend it to anyone

Enjoyable stay with tasty breakfast however the restaurant and bar could use a little love and attention. The rooms are also a bit dusty

The hotel staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was well prepared and enjoyable. The hotel itself is in need of updates, primarily cosmetic improvements. I experienced air-conditioning issues in my original room and had to be moved. The new room also had a problem with the shower. However, in both cases, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issues as quickly as possible. It seemed to me that the staff may be working with limited resources when it comes to property updates, but they more than make up for it with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my stay.”
