Love everything! Have stayed many years.

First off I’d like to say that the location is perfect! We walked to the Lucy museum & the comedy museum. But don’t go to the bar!! The prices are criminal!!! And the rooms don’t have a microwave! There is one down the hall though…. So odd… Jamestown is pretty sketchy at night so don’t wander too far! Lots of homeless people on the streets.

The room key did not work 2 different times and could not check in for 40 minutes, receivd another room, that was very dirty, and the floors were cleaned with some kind of oil and I fell 3 times just going to the bathroom and back. My husbnad told me to call a lawyer. I might. It was a horrible experience. The internet went off at night, so I couldn't work my online job. The sauna, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all closed indefinitely. there was NO breakfast as promised. The entire ad was a horrible lie and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they would rathr sleep in their car and save the money. I managed roadside motels for 12 years. This was the worst expereince ever.
