Este hotel es perfecto para pasar la noche si estás viajando y conociendo ciudades. Las personas son súper amables, me sentí muy cuidada ya q viajo sola, súper seguro el sector . El cuarto fue perfecto , muy limpio con AC. Yo me desperté tarde casi sobre el check out y ellos me habían guardado mi desayuno , que estaba muy completo, estos detalles hacen q cómo viajero mochilero te sientas en casa !!! Gracias gracias . I stayed just one night with my wife and the hotel gave me a family room that have 3 beds. It's good. The staffs were kind and help us whenever we had an issue for example the electric power converter from 220V to 110 V. We did not bring it so were difficult to use electonic devices.The breakfast When I asked it to the staffs, they gave it and I could use my devices. The breakfast buffet was really good. The location was near to the Pamukcale and they have an owned large self parking lot for self driving guests. Oh... just be careful when you use the shower booth. The floor of bath was fine marble stone and slippery when it was wet. Too high quarlity to the bath.... ^^ Thanks for Venus! v

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First, it is nearly impossible to sleep here. The hotel sits between a busy main street and railroad tracks, so you will hear either constant traffic or freight trains during the night. Rest and relaxation are not possible in these conditions. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and the Turkish bath area had clear maintenance issues, including unsafe flooring. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining space was far too small to handle the number of guests, so my group was forced to sit at an undersized table. The food options were very limited and below expectations. The most frustrating part was checkout. The parking setup is inconvenient, and when I tried to load luggage in front of the hotel, the area was blocked by cars. Staff told me to back into a busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an unsafe situation. When I asked for help, I was dismissed rather than assisted. The front desk staff were unresponsive and unfriendly when I raised concerns. Overall, this hotel fails to meet the basic standards of comfort, safety, and service that travelers expect. I cannot recommend staying here.
