Heritance Kandalama is set in a beautiful location and amazing lake views. Great hotel
Interiors and views. Unfortunately besides the panoramic view from our room, the actual room itself was lacklustre to say the least. Bathroom is outdated with no amenities. Room furniture seems like a hodgepodge of items put together. Mattress and pillows had a smell, a few stains and felt old. Called the front desk/operator on a Wednesday night at 10:30pm and no one answered the phone for 25 mins. We had checked in at 930pm and promised they would deliver our extra rollaway bed and it took 1 hour to get it. Buffett dinner and breakfast spread has way too many options just to make it look full but the quality of the food was 3/10. Overall 2/5
