The Green Rich Hotel went above and beyond our expectations! They were attentive to our needs and volunteered umbrellas for us to borrow when they saw we didn't have any. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The hotel room was a really good size, had a lot of room to place our luggage out. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location! Only gripe was the AC does not work very well, it wasn't hot but defiantly wasn't cold at the max setting. There was a sign up explaining that there wasn't a designated AC per room, but rather for the whole hotel, so custom settings wouldn't work well. If you are okay with a warmer room, like during summer, I think it is perfect! But for me personally it was hard to sleep at night.

Long queing when checking in. But big bath is confortable to sleep very well.
