Unbelievable HORRIFIC
Everyone was leaving due to rooms not clean. Upon me inquiring at 8pm the clerk went to go check. Came back and said 3 hours to clean a room for me. Mind you check in is at 3pm. I got there at 8 pm. Appeared to be drug/prostitution. I left. Still trying to get refund from hotels.com

Arrived and first room smelled so bad like pot and smoke had to ask for another room second room door would not lock had to call maintenance brother had to explainbto him that he needed to tighten door plate so door would latch lock day two toilet started to bubble while in shower then rain over water running everywhere we had no phine in room had to go down to get maintenance to come fix we used all are towels to catch water asked for new towels theyvwere out said entire hotel was out that it would be 30 minutes before that had any the entire place is dirty run down last night there lady was screaming police came banging on the door next to us at 4am someone car kept beeping all hours of night worst hotel i have ever stayed at there excuse was they had to fire housekeeping laundry persin wqs in hospital the front desk woman was only nice and pleasant thing about entire stay if i had not prepaid witha non refundable room i would have left immediately bathroom door had crack like it had been kicked in before remote had cigarette burn even though was a smoke free room
