Staff friendly and helpful, hotel gets discounts on Henry ford museum/tour and other places in Dearborn so if not booked please ask the staff. Breakfast had a good range, room although a bit dated were comfortable and had what we needed. Good links the bus and train services

Convenient location at a great price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and met our needs. Refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot in the room plus free breakfast are a nice bonus.

From Approximately 30 minutes after checking in to me ending my stay the following morning it was A Horrible Experience, No Supervision on Site, Stink Bug Infestation in my Room due to Housekeeping leaving a Window open in room they looked like previous residents of room pried the screen until it was broke of which I’m sure Bugs got in that way, My skinned crawled all night. Morning staff stated night staff were not properly trained and yeah apologized, however I was traumatized all night looking around. Yes I Tried several times to resolve this. No Manager was available, very odd on One of the busiest nights of A Hotel. I’ve never in my life of Traveling experienced this. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this to Business Travelers at all. I didn’t get any rest and of course CANCELED AND REFUNDED MY SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT I WAS ORIGINALLY THERE FOR. Unacceptable.
