It was clean, safe, and quiet especially since it is located next to a busy highway. The breakfast had a decent variety with cereal, muffins, and juice. The staff were courteous. The location was ideal for our purpose. The only critique I have is that when I checked in the room I had booked was not available. They gave us two queen beds instead of a king. Considering we paid ahead of time, I would have expected to have the king. Other than that, it was a good stay. We would book here again.

Staff were wonderful and the hotel was very clean. Disappointed in the EV Charger that was not working. It really made things difficult with trying to keep miles on the car. They need to fix that. The manager said it hasn’t been working for a week, so they should have figured it out.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We got locked out of our room at 2 am and due to a defect on the door, they could not let us back into our rooms until the maintenance person came the next morning. We were left without our medications and essentials overnight because they were locked in our room. The front desk staff member working overnight was rude, aggressive, dismissive and did not care to help us. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The cleaners did a poor job when cleaning our rooms. We even had to fight to get bottles of water. This place is advertised under Hilton but it is anything but that.
