First It was one price on line, but when I checked in it was a different price from what was online, why don't they include the security deposit in with the bill???? For the security deposit if you pay in cash it's one price, if you pay by credit card it's another price which was higher WHY!!!!!!???? Also housekeeping don't knock they just come in thank God the door latch was on, and they don't speak English!!!!!!! If you live or work in America please hire people that speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a nice stay. However there were only like three towels in a king size Jacuzzi room with a let out couch. And when I arrived the hotel representative was trying to charge me an excessive amount. I had to locate my email reservation that had the charges on it already. If I did not he was trying to charge me $200 extra dollars. Other than that the stay was okay.

I called the Sunday before our trip to make sure the hot tub was in working order They said yes It was not and had not been for a while They charged us extra beyond the price i reserved for that was not a deposit ($8) Beds are very soft but pleasant Rooms and hotel were clean Carpet def is old but for the price, cant have everything perfect! All in all good Just wish they wouldve told us honestly about the hot tub situation before we arrived Lights plug was dangerous
