Was there over the weekend our room had no heat when I asked for help I was told to turn it off and turn it back on, no ice on floor and when we asked we were told to go to the next floor which the machine was broken, the hot tub and pool was full of loud unsupervised children. The hot tub had a 2 year old with a diaper on and a life jacket. I was woken up to a toddler using a remote control in the hallway while mom was video taping her at midnight.

Our 1st room was nice, but the heat wasn't working properly. We were given a new room on the top floor and it was very nice and warm. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and loved the warmth of the jacuzzi on such a bitter cold weekend.
