It was horrible. That’s the only way to describe it when we first got there. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so they had the maintenance guy come fix it. He was very nice, but he was also very dirty cause he’s a maintenance guy so our room was covered with dust and dirt from him cleaning the vent and they just left it. Day two we left our room early morning and came back late evening, the room had not been cleaned so no new towels. We went down to ask for more towels and were told they only clean the rooms if requested. The next day we woke up to the air conditioner flooding the room we had to use, said towels to wipe up the water so we went down and asked for more towels and were told they cannot give us more towels to shower with because we’re only allotted so many. Do got our whole stay we had 3 towels for a wet floor and 4 people to shower. On Friday we asked for more towels because the room was even more flooded and the manager said they would give us more towels plus they would clean our room plus they would give us clean towels for our showers. Fast-forward to coming back at the end of the day room wasn’t cleaned no towels and when we asked, they said we’ve already given you the allotted amount when we said no we haven’t been here all day. They gave us four towels no washcloths. Trash was everywhere, they don’t clean and they are VERY RUDE, more then once I was told it shouldn’t be a big deal cause I received such a good rate!! Steer clear and don’t book this hotel

This is one of the most filthiest floors we ever experienced came out of the shower; and on the carpet when we step to put our socks on our feet were completely black yes they were completely black. It was though the floor has not been cleaned in 3 years. Also the windowsill had a stain on the window sill it's after the entire visit we were there. Is price accordingly the bed was okay just very disappointed on the on the service and the housekeeping.

Hotel didn’t have extra blankets. Some of the staff was rude about the pool wristbands. It was strange. I would stay again because it’s quiet and close to everything but in a different room.

Ok this place was no expensive, I stayed here to get away from the heat since there was a blackout where I lived. HOWEVER this place has seen better days. The bathroom would require you to use a tetanus shot and the sheets weren't cleaned. The bedroom smelled like smoke.
