The hotel was dated and you could tell by the way the room and hallways look. Bedding had not be changed from the last person staying. The mattress cover was disgusting and had blood stains on it. The bathroom was dark dimly lit without any hot water. The floors were sticky and had some sticky residue under the fridge door. The window screen was hanging off like an abandoned house. There was a smoky smell throughtout the hotel including the room (non-smoking) parking lots were trashed. Inside Trash bins were overflowing with trash bags.

Room paint chipped off sink, hallways and stair well dirty, always smells bad. Got locked out my room key card kept not letting me in. Phone doesn’t work either.

The staff, (Kathy, Nikeya, Kevin, Ms D in housekeeping, and Gram in maintenance) excelled in ever way possible The room was very clean. There were no items (utensils) available in the kitchen to cook with.
