TV remote was defective despite staff adding new batteries twice as well as resetting the remote in the room. Every other day housekeeping-NOT a fan and not advertised on website. Deceptive.

The pillows were soo comfortable, the bed was hard. The upgrades were still in progress so they provided my family with a room were the curtains were too small for the room and light was pouring in at the crack of dawn. I did bring this to the attention of the staff, which nothing was done for toys $143.00 dollar room we check in at 2:00 check out 10:00am, not even 24hrs

Looking forward to completion of renovation!

I love the brand and stay with them often, but have only had an issue with the comfort of a bed in one other location. On the plus side, this hotel has posted renovation in progress signs posted. I was unaware prior to my reservation unfortunately. I believe it would have been nice for the price to reflect that. I paid over $150 for one night!

30 minutes after we checked in the power went out and didn’t come back on for 6 hours. We had other family we were meeting there and the could not even check in. They had to stay at a different hotel but we were stuck there as all our luggage was on the 4th floor and no way to get it down as the stairwells had no emergency lighting and stuff in the stairwell. Worst stay ever.
