I was given two rooms the first had hair in the bed when I pulled the covers back and the second had half a can of twisted tea sitting on the night stand. There were kids running around the halls and a guest came to complain and the manger said he didn’t see any kids. I saw them multiple times as I was changing rooms and they were right by the lobby.

Nice hotel. Snow removal in the parking lot and sidewalks could have been better, but to be fair, we had a massive winter storm while I was staying here, so I’m sure they did their best. It was a lot of snow and ice. Really nice staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

The room was amazingly clean. All of the staff were friendly. One of the breakfast staff even complimented our Granddaughter on her cheer uniform and how pretty she looked. The only things that could be better is towels were not stocked in pool room and at check in i was told the room was not ready and it would be at least another 30 minutes.
