Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet town that this hotel is located in. Perfect place to stay if you are in town for a concert at Pine Knob Music Theatre!

We have stayed at this hotel 7 times now and it gets better every time! Breakfast is great, staff are kind, caring and attentive and the rooms are clean and comfy. New Reno has brightened this hotel up and gave it a whole new look! I would stay here again and again

When we arrived we were informed that this hotel no longer has the room we booked available. This was very disappointing, even more so that apparently Expedia knows the hotel has been renovated so no longer has jacuzzi suites. Bed was comfortable, no noise and breakfast was adequate.

The front staff were amazing, i did find it very difficult to talk to the cleaning staff who had to translate on their phone. Our adjourning room was incredibly loud and we didnt sleep the last night.
