My family was amazed at the point of entry. Greeted very well and service was impeccable. What I didn’t like, was when I took my family downstairs to the restaurant, we heard an employee grunt and make a rude comment about having to service us at 7pm. My kids wanted the Brownie Sundae. We felt like an inconvenience and decided to leave and drive out of our comfort, to Dairy Queen.

It was a good stay except. Hotels.com advertised there is a hottub. But the new owners took it out. We would of stayed somewhere else if we would of known. Tried to move to different hotel for our second night. But hotels.com wouldn't let us.

We booked an accessibility room for my mother and it really wasn't helpful. The bed was so high she had trouble getting in it. There also weren't enough places to sit with the bed so high.
