Located in a great location. The hotel is new or recently remodeled. Everything was clean and new. The front staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately someone walked out (quit) and the front desk was scrambling to make things work. My room wasn’t ready so they had to give me a different room. As we were leaving later housekeeping joined us in the elevator1no biggie— but she clearly wasn’t too happy. Dropped the garbage bags in a huff and about hit my kiddos feet. Room was decent— water pressure was crummy, room mirror attached by duck tape. Pool ran out of towels. Imagine it was just a rough day and they were short staffed.

Winderful hotel

New hotel, very clean, quiet, reasonable price. Check in with Annette was friendly and welcoming. Had a couple of drinks at the bar. Shawna was awesome, very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and quiet. Hotel is newly built. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ebony (at the front desk) was especially kind and wonderful after they had a slight issue with their system when I went to check in. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very nice, due to being new. It was very clean, in great shape, and the breakfast was outstanding. Only downside of this hotel were the really firm beds and the pillows. Those pillows held no shape, and were very hard to sleep on.

Fast and easy check in. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Amenities were great. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed the treadmill in the mornings. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Everything we wanted to do was such a short drive, very convenient if going to the Great Lakes Crossings Mall.

What a great find this was. We stayed 2 nights and the beds were super comfortable. It was so quiet we slept in both mornings. The only negative is if you sleep past 9 you miss the free breakfast. They also have a great gym but it was 80° in there. I will definitely stay here again.

There were a few minor problems with the room and a couple things they missed while cleaning preventing me from giving 5 stars. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. Still a very good place to stay.

front office staff were friendly and helpful. the bartender was initially extremely unfriendly and seemed genuinely angry she had to take our orders and help us. and also the shower in our room had absolutely not been cleaned from the last guest. hair and soap scum everywhere. the food and drinks were good though and the room was beautiful and spacious.
