This place needs work

This property needs work. It is really cheaply put together as far as furniture and amenities are concerned. The owner clearly does not take pride in the home. Upon arrival, the house was extremely hot. The AC was completely off and there were no fans running on a 90 day. The registers for AC were very dirty and dusty. The air filter was sooo dirty. The ledges and blinds were all very dusty and dirty . Anyway only 1.5 rolls of tp per bathroom was provided. And there were nO hand towels. I let the property mgr know all that was missing and he was very responsive. However the next day when I realize there were only 4 cups and two bowls and then just paper goods to use I let him know and he was in Ann Arbor and just said, can you deal with it? Anyway. We were there for my mother’s funeral. I did not have time to deal with it. We just wanted to be able to eat breakfast and go so it was a little frustrating that they had not prepared a house for a family of five. The property mgr tried. He speaks ok English.
