The room was dirty like no one had dusted in at least 6 months walls had stains curtains dirty sheets were stained on both beds front desk staff not very friendly no wheelchair or smog is for those who are handicapped walls thin could hear everything from the room next door as they played loud music all night. Unable to use tub/shower bc again not handicapped friendly . We left as soon as it was daylight basically. I would never stay there again even if it were FREE

Great stay! Big shout out to the maintenance man especially! Small issue with the ac in the room he was literally up within 15 mins and had replaced a whole part and had it right back working!

I will say the positives first. The staff were amazing! The "Diner" was a very pleasant surprise! Dinner for 2 for under $50. The food was impressive with huge serving sizes. The room was very large. We rented a suite, which was the size of a modest apartment. The bed was horribly firm. The pillows were horrible. The livingroom and diningroom furniture was filthy. The room was quite dated, though you could see that a decade or more back it was once very impressive. There was a very obnoxious sound outside our window that kept us awake for both nights. To end on a good note...the spa was just what we needed!
