Me and a couple buddies went fishing on the Detroit river just minutes away from the house. Place was very clean and plenty of beds. Owner was very communicative and friendly thanks again.

I'll start with the positive. Working with the property manager was an excellent experience. He was prompt, understanding, and informative. The house was a good size for my group of 5. Having the basement area for my teenagers to hang out some of the time was nice. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. The cons: The bathtub and shower walls were filthy when we got there. There is nowhere to hang more than 2 wet towels in the bathroom and nowhere in the bedrooms. This listing is for up to 7 guests, so it should accomodate that many. There was no trash can in the bathroom, which is a definite must-have. The kitchen table only had 3 chairs. The kitchen needs improvement on being stocked for real use; there was very little as far as dishes and cookware and utensils go. Out of 4 lamps in the house, only 1 worked. Two bed mattresses collapsed in one corner because the bed "rails" were not adjusted correctly. My husband had to get in the floor and lay halfway under the bed to fix them. The rug in the hallway was very slippery and we almost had multiple falls. The light on the front porch did not work. With these simple improvements made, this house will be a super comfortable place to stay, and then I would book again.
