Not happy about not holding my reservation for double beds, so gave me a room with a king bed and twin size couch pullout that when opened had crumbs, a lollipop stick, and stains on a 2” pad not mattress. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor with all the blankets. So add did bring extra blankets. Restaurant was slow even though there were only a few other diners in there, was overpriced, and one of the waitresses had a negative attitude. So it was a mixture of some staff being friendly and doing what they could and some seemed grumpy. Disappointed for what we thought was a quality hotel.

I requested a refund for not attending my reservation and was charged $221.00 for a no call no show fee and was spoken too very rudely by the supervisor Pamela (refused to give last name). I’m very disappointed for the lack of accommodation from a supposedly high quality establishment. Granted I forgot to cancel my existing reservation, I never prepaid for the room only reserved it (through Expedia) for the existing check-in times of 3:00pm - 12:00am and was never even given a courtesy reminder or anything stating a penalty for not canceling before any specific time.

All the property staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The front desk staff were especially kind & courteous! Our accompanying guests list their room keys & the front desk immediately closed those keys & without incident, issued new keys - no questions asked!!!
