A fantastic accommodation choice. The staff were so friendly. The room was specious and spotlessly clean. When we return to Tassie again we will definitely be staying again. We had dinner in the bistro. Oh my goodness! The chicken parma was amazing!! So moist and delicious. It was the best we have had in all of Tasmania.

Have stayed here many times as it is always a great location, however I noticed the cleanliness had a little to be desired this time in the bathroom and I needed to move the bed to fit my phone charger in the socket and the crumbs and lint just under the bed was off putting. There was sticky stuff (like removed sticky tape) on the desk, and my fingernail could remove it, so I'm sure a good scrub could too. Having said this, the staff are always pleasant, free parking a bonus and check in a breeze.

Mostly disappointed with the hotel only having one washing machine and one clothes dryer for so many rooms. I had to wait 5 hours to get my clothes washed and dried in the evening. The staff didn't really seem to care about the complaint.
