๐ No activities that are considered illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
Guest Requirements:
๐ All guests must provide valid government-issued photo IDs.
๐ Foreign nationals must submit copies of their valid Bangladeshi visas.
๐ All guests are required to fill out the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) tenant information form prior to check-in.
Strictly Prohibited:
๐ Use or possession of drugs/narcotics
๐ Any form of violence or aggressive behavior
๐ Carrying or storing weapons
๐ Damaging the property or tampering with fixtures/furnishings
๐ Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidental damage.
๐ Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or suspicious activities. If any such behavior is detected, we will immediately report it to the authorities and take appropriate legal action.
Summary of Fines & Penalties:
โ Smoking - $50 per incident
โ Extra/unapproved guests - $50 per person per day
โ Pets - $50 per day
โ Unauthorized parties/events - $50 per day
โ Failure to submit ID or documentation of all guests within 14 days of check-out - $50
