The Lodge felt like it could be a great place, but couldn't be bothered. Most staff seemed bored, and not actively involved in managing the place. The description of this place sounds wonderful and passionate! It felt, at best forlorn and neglected. Did something go wrong here?

Great place to stay in McLeod Ganj with a pleasant staff. Reasonably priced with a comfortable restaurant right next door for when you can’t be bothered to head into town.
