Ein gepflegtes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren 11 Tage in Diano San Pietro und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Obwohl wir viel unterwegs waren, war der Erholungswert top. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön im Olivenhain gelegen, mit tollem Blick übers Tal und aufs Meer. Gepflegte Außenanlage mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Anfahrt, die ein Stück nicht geteert ist, ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut machbar. Das Haus ist einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider ist kein W-LAN im Haus. Wenn man mit Jugendlichen/Kindern anreist, sollte man ausreichend Datenvolumen im Gepäck haben. Der Empfang im Haus ist mittelmäßig, draußen ist es besser. Im Sommer empfehlen wir einen Ventilator mitzubringen oder vor Ort zu kaufen. Von den Mietern im Nachbarhaus bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Wenn man also möchte, ist man völlig ungestört. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Das Häuschen ist großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, kochen und backen kein Problem (evtl. scharfes Messer mitbringen). Die große Doppelbett ist bequem und gemütlich. Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich. Toller Blick über die wunderschöne Kulturlandschaft Liguriens, alte Olivenbäume machen den ganz besonderen Flair der ganzen Gegend. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht und einfach die Ruhe und Schönheit der Natur genossen. Im Nachbarhaus, (ca 50 Meter) waren auch Feriengäste untergebracht. Weit genug weg, dass man sich weder hört noch stört. Der Anfahrtsweg ist knifflig, sehr eng, sehr steil und kurvig und steinig. Im Laufe des Urlaubs lernten wir aber auch die Schönheit der schweren Anfahrt (ca. 2 km) zu schätzen und vor allem die Abgeschiedenheit der Unterkunft, die dadurch entsteht. Für unsere Hündin war es ein entspannter Urlaub, sie konnte ohne Leine frei laufen, nur ab der Dämmerung haben wir sie sicherheitshalber angeleint, da eine Wildschweinrotte in der Nähe unterwegs war, sich aber nie dem Haus nur genähert hat. Insgesamt eine warme Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende.

Casa Uliveto im August 2021

Das Haus liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Diano San Pietro. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber die Lage zwischen den Olivenbäumen, die Aussicht und die Ruhe entschädigen alles. Wir hatten tolle Tage dort und haben die Terrasse und die Aussicht sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, und die An- und Abreise liefen absolut problemlos. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
